  • 200-300 grams of Thinly Sliced Beef (Chuck or Ribeye)
  • ½ an Onion
  • 1 package of Enoki Mushrooms

Bulgogi Marinade

  • ½ cup of Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup of Sugar
  • ¼ cup of Mirim
  • ¼ cup of Minced Garlic
  • ½ cup of Water
  • ½ teaspoon of Minced Ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil

Garlic-Chili Shrimp

  • 6-8 pieces of Shrimp
  • Few shakes of Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Oil
  • ½ Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
  • 3-4 shakes of Salt
  • 1 Dried Chili Pepper (Thai Chili Pepper) Or use red 5-6 shakes of red chili flakes

Dotorimuk Muchim

  • 1 pack of Dotorimuk
  • Few shakes of Seaweed Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 5-6 shakes of Salt Add more salt to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds

Quick and Easy Bulgogi

  • Take out a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix Soy Sauce (½ cup),  Sugar (¼ cup), Mirim (¼ cup), Minced Garlic (¼ cup), Water (½ cup), Minced Ginger (½ teaspoon!) and Sesame Oil (3 Tablespoons).
  • Add-in your thinly sliced beef and let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you have time, let it marinate for 1-2 hours. Or even better, if you leave it overnight in the refrigerator!
  • Cut onion (½ piece) into thin slices. Then cut the stem portion off the enoki mushroom and give it a quick rinse under water. Split the mushrooms into smaller bundles with your fingers.
  • After the meat has marinated, take out a frying pan. Put it on medium-high heat and place in some oil. Once its hot, use a pair of tongs and place the meat in - don't dump in the marinade, only the meat. Then add in the onion pieces as well.
  • Once most of the marinade in the pan has cooked away and your onions have turned translucent, add-in the enoki mushrooms. Stir everything around for 30 seconds. Turn off heat and plate.

Garlic Chili Shrimp

  • Use a bread knife and cut along the back of each shrimp (reference video). De-vein the shrimp. Afterwards, spread each shrimp and season with a few shakes of salt.
  • Add oil (3 Tablespoons) into a cold frying pan. Then add-in minced garlic (½ Tablespoon) and 3-4 shakes of salt. Then add-in the chopped dried chili flakes. Place on medium heat.
  • Toss in the shrimp. Then stir and mix everything together. Cook until shrimp get nice and crispy - or until the garlic pieces start to brown. (Reduce heat if the garlic starts to brown too quickly). Take off heat and plate. Bon Appetit!

Dotorimuk Muchim

  • Cut Dotorimuk into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Make seasoning sauce: Thoroughly mix Sesame Oil (2 Tablespoons), Soy Sauce (1 Tablespoon), Salt (5-6 shakes), Sesame Seeds (1 Tablespoon). Take a sample of the sauce and add-in more salt if it taste slightly bland to you.
  • Add a few shakes of Seaweed Flakes onto the Dotorimuk. Then pour the seasoning over. Use your hands and toss everything together. Bon Appetit!
