Ssamjang - Fresh Dip For Veggies

Servings: 2 persons
- Doenjang - 2 Tablespoons
- Gochujang - 2 Tablespoons
- Minced garlic - 1 Tablespoon
- Mirin - 1 Tablespoon
- Honey - 1 Tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - few shakes
- Sesame seeds - few shakes
- Onion - 1/2 a whole
- Korean Cheongyang chili pepper - 1 whole or use 1/3 a Jalapeno pepper
Dice onions and chili peppers into small pieces. Cut them small guys!
Then add in all of the listed ingredients and mix.
Add the chopped onions and chili peppers to the mix.
Eat with your favorite veggies! Enjoy!
