Hi Neighbors! Today, we resumed shipments to Canada. It seems that the Canadian Postal Office strike is resolved for now. However, I was informed that there is a huge backlog of parcels at the moment over there. So your parcel may take longer to deliver than usual.

I’m excited that mail has continued but I do see that it will be a huge backlog before it gets to me. Regardless wqiting for happy mail is always fun! Thanks for the update Dan-yul

Update: It seems that all of our Canada-bound parcel from November are still stuck in processing – from the recent strikes. Local authorities are saying that there is “unprecedented backlog” at Canada Post Office right now. In fact, they say international parcels may take up to March 2019 to process! (Read Below)
- We will process full refunds for December payments to all Canadian customers who started with us in November.
- We will reach out to all Canadian customers with instructions on cancelling the subscription service
When things get sorted out over there, we’ll send an email for how to re-subscribe.

Update: Shipments to Canada are arriving within normal delivery times. We have re-opened all shipments to our Canadian Neighbors.
