For my last birthday, Daniel took me to this experimental Korean-contemporary fusion restaurant in Sinsa. It’s a michelin star restaurant located just a block away from the trendy Garosugil street in Sinsa.
The place is mostly known for avant-garde presentation in reflection of the chef’s many years of traveling abroad. This place definitely had its unique edge in terms of its presentation and visual image. The visual presentation of dishes here were just remarkable, and it broke my heart to break the beautiful shape each time. The time I visited was the year of rooster, so the chicken was a running theme across the entire course, which was very interesting. It might have changed to something else now that it’s the year of dog
I’m not a professional food reviewer but I certainly enjoyed hearing about chef’s interpretation of each dish. The place is not only visually pleasing but also stimulate your sense of smell. Sometimes the food would look so small compared to the size of the dish that I worried about not getting full, but it was a well planned course of meal that I walked out with a full stomach after.
I would recommend you to take your loved ones on a special day❤️ Oh, reservation is required in advance, and as a pro tip, Daniel let them know in advance that it’s my birthday, and they decorated the dish with a happy birthday sign to make it extra special 😀
