Not too long ago I stumbled over my very first Korean drama, where they were making kimchi and eating a variety of dishes. One of those was a ricecake-dish looking very similar to your Tteokbokki.
As the ricecakes themselves are kinda difficult to find here, they are a little expensive and so I was wondering, if it is possible to make them from scratch? Do you know a recipe? It would be amazing, if you can share it

Hi Sasha, they are possible to make from scratch if you have rice flour. I’ve made it in the past at my grandma’s place. I will have to ask her for her homemade recipe – and add it to our video queue!
