Thanks for all the dosirak recipes. I was wondering if you would have any ideas for meal prep Korean style? I can always make a little bit more of whatever I’m making that day and have lunch for another day or so but that’s about it – so I was wondering if you guys would actually have a few day meal prep idea?
Hi Janee! I think you can take any of our banchans for meal prep. Just increase the ingredient ratio – you may have to tweak them to taste though! If I were to start meal prepping, I’d probably start with a few namul banchans or something that doesn’t create liquid when it cools down: Seasoned Spinach, Seasoned Soybean Sprouts, or perhaps Spicy Braised Tofu or Gamja Jorim are good selections. Then a meat of choice like Dak-galbi. Select a few of those to get started 🙂
