I suspect this is a very complex recipe – but could I request your agujjim recipe? It’s the one dish that my husband craaaves for from his childhood that I suspect is too complex for me to recreate. It’s usually sold for absurd amounts in Canada so I’m wondering if it’s possible to recreate it at home?
Oh agujjim! Yes, we’ve never made this one at home either. We usually get it when we take trips to Busan. The’re also a similar version called Daegu-bool-jjim (대구뿔찜). We’ll have to try and find a starter recipe – tweak it and see if we can get it as good as the restaurants. Maybe release something during this winter time?
